Thanks for the opine Marshall. I must say, on one of the webpages, I believe it was the Aqua Xtremes, it talked about a certain patent application that had been submitted (12/487,055); yet when I went to the US Patent & Trademark Office's (USPTO) website and put the number in, nothing came up! As a patent holder myself, I'm very familiar with checking patent application status. It would appear this patent app either was pulled or something else, but the number should appear even if a patent was actually granted. Does anybody out there know what happened with the patent application?

Just wondering.....
