Joe, you may have a valid point!
I am in the same thought pattern that they want it as quiet as possible but I am also thinking delay as this will give more time to keep making money off the settlement money(maybe?) and will fit what some have expressed as they pay us with our money, maybe?

I also think time could be on their side because even if someone is booted then maybe new counsel will be brought and delay continues.
I am frustrated at how this can continue but I have to except it or move on, simple as that.

What is JPM/FDIC's options?
I think everyone may be fair game as there is many layers before anyone can get to them, maybe some will take one for the team, some may just wake up one morning and get dragged out of bed and get blamed for something indirectly but for any of the top folks it may take years to see any conviction(alleged) if any, maybe? Some think the OTS may see some crap run down hill to them. All this is a great story/movie deal in the making(by Grisham?)!

In a nutshell, I am a speculator and full of opinions but Our Good Judge has her hands full with many eyes watching from around the WORLD and many are hoping to see fair justice as we only have our court system left. Once that is gone, we are no different than any other country who has no integrity and dare I say, no democracy, maybe?

Please God, give our Good Judges the knowledge to understand and obey and enforce the rule of law and simply to do what is right without political influence for all we have left after them is you,Amen!
