It only takes the TA a day or two to process a roundup request and overnight the shares, so if your broker hasn't delivered, I would email Jason Freeman at Routh Transfer and ask him if he has received a request from your broker.

If he hasn't gotten anything from them, then email your broker and tell them that you spoke to the TA and he hasn't received their request yet.
