when i spoke to scott yesterday he also stated they would and could go it alone...that they have $400,000 in cash and are now profitable which i did not know at this time...he also stated the financials would be out tomorrow which would be today ...thank you for your reply...ps..your writeup "egsr due diligense" was greatly appreciated...charlieb
