Hey Rocket,

I must say I had to laugh after first reading your "undervalued" Post-It note when you mentioned that the company had just moved in to a 128sq.ft. building, which doesn't provide much space for anything more than a desk and couple of file cabinets! I'm supposing you meant 128,000sq.ft.? ;^)

I had an opportunity to talk with the company (Joe Berardi) yesterday where he reiterated the progress of their three major projects:

1)Quadrant Data Systems
2)Rotary Engine Technology, &
3)Aqua Xtremes

all of which can be viewed on their website at:

I was told that everything is progressing as planned and that we could expect a PR within the next 5-10 business days outlining their updated business plan for this year. It was said that the company IS obviously concerned with the current pps and it was definitely their desire to see the pps in multiple pennies sooner rather than later, but he declined to give any predictions for obvious reasons.

That this company is a long term investment strategy should not be taken lightly, but he stated that they are firmly committed to its growth and future profitability as well as providing for their shareholders.
