1)What's your TRAGET PRICE BY YEAR END ?
If your looking for 200 or so "guesses" that won't happen here. Trying to guess the price of a stock 11 months from now is a waste of time, imo.
2)and what do you think about amount of oustanding shares ?
Do most of here wish our OS count was less than 921MM? Sure we do. Fact is, it is what it is. Management will have to address when they see fit..rock
3) Petition the CEO?
First off, even to go to the small cap naz would require an approx. 30-1 reverse to meet share price listing requirements. Secondly, they chose the AMEX under listing stardard #3 where SP is not an issue.
Huff has had plenty of time to consider his options and has a consulting firm and others that were instrumental in making the decision. Huff has been around the business for a long time and I would bet he forgot more about the "markets" last night that I even know.
If we get accepted to the AMEX it will be your choice to sell or not as you seem convinced it is a bad move. The decision has already been made so "petitioning the CEO" with the NASDAQ is the ONLY place to be is something you can surely do with your time if you choose, good luck...rock
