Mide, there were also a number of shares offered at .075. I know someone who got in on a batch of shares at that price that are restricted until end of September 2010. The original deal was a 6 month restriction. I don't know why it is, but it is. I chose not to invest in that scenario. Why should I when I could buy unrestricted shares on the open market for a nickel?
It is my opinion that we are close to funding and a SEC resolution. And I really don't think that Clark will issue any statements on progress until it is all a done deal. There are those who feel the entire "cleanup act" is a stickier wicket than Clark thought it to be. I disagree. I think he's simply waiting to make sure that every i is dotted and every t is crossed. Admittedly, the hangar PR was confusing as it seemed to create more questions than answers. But, the good news is that at least it was something of substance rather than hyperbole.
