niles BIPH is coming down to the wire on the timeline the CEO set for the company to announce a first licensing agreement. I think the initial timeline may have already passed, I think initially it was an "objective" for 2004? Ever since then, the CEO has teased investors with vague little tidbits more in each subsequent mention of this mysterious deal. He's been mentioning it in interviews and such at least back to mid-summer......and it's obviously been "priced-in" to some extent. Now that those deadlines are approaching, or maybe even passed by some peoples judgement, the deal appears to be being "priced-out" now.

The most recent mention of this fabled deal was in the most recent 10Q, page 13, have you read it? I'm curious how many BIPH lurkers like you may have read it, or if the market is just ignoring it? It essentially states that Biophan has reached a basic understanding with Boston Scientific for licensing, milestone, royalties for exclusive AND non-exclusive terms. Yet it seams the market thinks Mike Weiner is the boy who called wolf.

I'm a little weary after a year of waiting, but still believe these guys have the qualifications to pull-off something big. Maybe I'm naive, but their experience in senior management for reputable companies gives me some trust that they would sign-off on a 10Q report that couldn't verified.

Good luck niles.
