How does that work? Petry needs to raise capital -
Objectives
· Secure adequate seed capital to proceed with research, development, engineering and testing of prototypes.
· Develop and test demostration models of two fuel-saving systems for cars and trucks that have been tested for a minimum of 100,000 road miles; develop and test a third system for use on freight trains.
· Develop domestic and foreign markets through licensing and partnership agreements.
If they merge and we own most of shares that leaves the likelyhood of huge dilution to raise that money. Seems very early in the game to be able to conclude future value of our shares. Getting into a company too early is always painful. I think some of the predictions here are premature. Major unknowns to assume this will result in high pps due to the merger.
