I agree, a company doesn't just file a Form 15-12g for no reason. This filing is the first step in starting a reverse merger. Both companies have the same address, they are probably already operating as one entity but the paperwork needs to be done and filed. Connect the dots and you will see it. Power Petry Systems will be HUGE for FNLH.
