What are the EE’s and Patent Attorneys thought on the NOK complaint? The Declaration of non-infringement concerning ‘747’ outlined seems like it is a long shot. NOK is stating that since the base station informs the terminal what power level to transmit in order to achieve base stations’ threshold level vs. the terminal storing and cycling through power levels so that the base station’s threshold level is reached? I’m not sure a lay audience is ready for these type of arguments.
