The way I read the PR for the springs.....

SEVU issued 150,000 shares for the transaction? Are you saying they were Rich's personal shares? or Were they newly issued shares?

Rich told you and others at the open house that the loan had been paid back? I think I heard something like that, even though if I am not mistaken he had said something like we would have to wait for the financials to be posted?

Is it the majority opinion of the board that the loan has been paid back?

What about OEM camera's? Has SEVU or RL McBride supplied others companies with camera's? or the license? If this was a RL McBride revenue stream it should now go to SEVU ?
