Print, as far as chasing patent violations it is my opinion that it is a waste of time and money. I know someone whose uncle invented the drip irrigation system used everywhere in agriculture. He spent a fortune chasing down and fighting violators. If he had spent his time marketing and promoting his invention he would have come out far ahead in the game. Unfortunately he spent all his time and money on court cases and ended up pretty much "busted".

The springs issue is old. Many questioned the reasoning behind it. Rich claimed he paid for it with his own money and "gifted" it to SeaView.

As far as the loan goes, he was pretty emphatic about his having repaid it at the open house. SH
