Have you ever seen that show where peple persent ideas to a panel of investors? One questions the investor panel always brings up is "How much can you produce and at what cost?" If the person cant answer, then most always the investor panel all give a thumbs down at the end. The congressional hearing imo was about the same thing. MOP needed to set up agreements in order to say we can produce this amount at this cost. Without those agreements they would not be able to put up the type of numbers anyone would look it and consider. Imo those agreements are semi fluff til they are shooting boom out the factory.imo I do think they will be, and think we will hear about it soon. But we do need some solid news soon.....
