Seaview Patents & OEM cameras

I have found many similiar camera's to the marine seaview camera's on the www.

Does SEVU or RLMcBride OEM camera's for other companies?

I had read that RL McBride licensed the technology to other comapanies for a fee, now that it appears the SEVU has control of the patents with the million shares will they receive aditional revenue streams?

I had also read that it was to costly to go after some other violators of the patents?

What is the opinion of the board on theese 2 subjects?
