The company got an extension on the filing, and won't be going to the pinks. The Q should be filed this week. Quite annoying that we've had to wait this long, but it's largely out of the company's hands (they had to switch auditors because their previous auditors stopped auditing public companies, and the new auditors are covering their butts for Sarbanes Oxley reasons.)

I increased an already very large position by 15% yesterday, as I consider this to be a "must buy" situation (cost basis is now around .60). I expect a quick return to the high .60s once the filing happens, and the uptrend should resume from there imho.
