The shareholder mtg has come back to JMW court, but no date has been determined as far as I know. Sussman is not the lawyer for the party ("the shareholders"). Sean Fitzgerald and another guy are the two that keep that ball rolling.

I am sure they may have contacted SS at some point, because we all have the same common goal. I cant remember if it was on SS billing this past month.

We should hear something very soon-

The waiting may pay off very soon.
