Dave-the only problem with your "analysis" is that there are no MM's making a market in this stock. All quotes are unsolicited offers to buy or sell, and the MM's have no effect whatsoever on pricing.

In essence MLON trades as an ECN. No "shaking the tree," "walking it down," or any of the other penny myths.
