You're donw big because the management did pump and dump on false PR. I'm a IT professional, collected very good evidence showing they pump and dump on pr and the prs are either false or unverifiable. The only objective by submitting lawsuit to court is to bring the management to court to hear from them with their proofs not guilty. I don't expect to get my money back from them, but it's optional return from the court result. If you want to join and help to bring the management to the court, join the lawsuit. It won't hurt you.
