jhdf51- I feel the same way. We have every single damn thing point in our direction except for perhaps an unknown variable. I dont know if one exists or not. Perhaps our own numbers are inflated or assets are not what they seem???

Im not trying to cast doubt, just want everyone to think-----are we missing something?

Ive been long since I arrived, and I hope Im just being pessimistic today.
