given SL's mule headed arrogance ... until the

Chancery JUDGE has told Sam he is TOAST and to

salvage what they can from an XMDC offer ... I

don't see SL's side being willing to give in much ...

here is an excerpt from SL's Korean attorney who

wrote the APA to give you Just some idea of "their"

attitude towards shareholders and what PL and BEN

have been up against in previous negotiations ...

"Since we will be moving to OTCBB after the closing, it doesn't make sense to pay any attention to the increase in the stock price before closing. Why should we care about people who bought the shares at a fraction of the current price and sell immediately after the press release? They are not our investors. The shareholders we want and care about are those who will be with the company after the closing."
