What is the highest altitude Sanswire Stratellite blimps ever flew?

The first "Stratellite(TM)" S-1 floated 10 ft inside the hanger.

The second "Stratellite(TM)", S-2 which is now called "Skycat" hung on a tether to about 100Ft.

I believe the highest the third "Stratellite(TM)" STS-111 flew was 200Ft.

These blimps cost shareholders millions of dollars. Rent and suppliers have substantial judgements against Sanswire for these accomplishments.
