plus, why would SL wait with this if it was so vitaly important to his cause (case)? That should be a clear indication that besides the change of venue (calif. to del.), and constant stalling; his options are very limited right now. I would like to be a fly on the wall when the judge asks him those REAL questions about why he did what he did here.
