Thanks, I remembered it had Norton enbedded when it was new and never activated. I activated it and updated and so far so good. I then was able to download MB for future use.

When MB ran the scan of my grandson's computer which I am using now, it took it over 2 hours and its not the connection for it scanned my wife's computer in few minutes.
