The One and Only Dr. Bob T.!
Not too long ago I posted a blurb ( in response to some
ancient board members who were voicing their frustrations and
angst!) which asked the very simple yet immensely powerful question:
"Why would Dr. Bob join ranks with Wave Systems if the outlook were
not only promising but somewhat stellar in nature? After all, Dr. Bob
has so many enterprises who would love to have him aboard to authenticate
their business model in this space! But, Dr. Bob picked Wave. Why? What
makes Wave Systems so unique, so special so as to make Dr. Bob pick
this company above all others? Is it money? Nah. Companies like Checkpoint
could pay much bigger bucks. Is it the prestige? Nah. After all, Wave Systems
still has to prove itself and break into the 'big leagues'. So, what is it?"
I will tell you.
The reason why Dr. Bob picked Wave Systems is because he knows that Wave
has the core technology to make all this happen in terms of nailing down data
protection services. Let's just call it data protection services. It's all about securing
the data whether at the endpoint or in between. Wave has the integral and key
technology that knits it altogether.
No need to go into the gory techno babble details. Dr. Bob knows it and this is
good enough for me.
I will cash in some of my chips sometime in 2012/13. Not all but just some.
to the frustrated i say to you, just hang tight. To the naysayers and skeptics I
say to you "You are screwed!".
