It's not a rumor, LOL, I am still hoping for more ultra cheap shares, like .02 shares (or even .06) with big buy orders I already have in waiting on the way there, should I get so lucky as to see some idiot dump a bunch of shares all once at market again.

If they are truly waiting they are going to be sorely disappointed when they all try to buy at once, and find no sellers, until we hit $1

I think a lot of people just don't realize how long it takes to dot the i's and cross the T's on all the paper work for such a large international, first of its kind construction & operation deal.
