To my knowledge GTEL hasn't had any problems registering shares prior to this so I can only guess a problem exists because it's a stock dividend to another Company and it's shareholders. I honestly don't know. If they were not positive they could iron it out by yesterday it would have been prudent to add some more time on the extension. That makes two deadlines that have not been met(re: SNWR)...hoping the first part of next week the attorneys can hammer it out...rock
