I'm still remembering the "we are lowering our prices" PR that sent this to the 0.35 barrier! I am starting to think that we need the confirmation of booms sent to BP, confirmation of payment received, and/or updated financials at this point.

I'm in another stock that has had many amazing PRs concerning business deals and awards and conferences attended, ad etc. But it stagnates because investors want to see revenue and real meat and potatoes these days, not just potential. If this was the 90's again, MOPN would be at like 10.00+ right now.
