Can someone please help me understand something.
"Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. and Mineseeker Overseas Operations LTD have extended the option for closing the equity purchase by Quasar of Mineseeker until July 31, 2010. The equity purchase was delayed in order to fully fund the Croatia demonstration program".
And when was this big decision made? Last night? Everyone is expecting the Mineseeker deal to happen, and at the eleventh hour the funds are diverted for a demonstration? Wouldn't you think these decisions are well planned out in advance? What am I missing here? Seems to me like the Titanic just turned around like a speed boat.
