Spoke to GIMU IR today...

After seeing all the posts about some type merger/agreement with another company I contacted GIMU for clarification.

I asked several questions and received the following responses;

GIMU advised that they are negotiating the acquisition mentioned in their press release on their own behalf and have no plans to involve another public company.

GIMU will be the sole acquirer. No merger with any public company is planned. A private company that wishes to be public will be acquired by GIMU without the assistance of any outside party(s).

Confirmed recent press release that audits are nearly complete and they are in advanced stages of negotiation.

Appears they are moving forward just as stated in press, audits first, then acq., as they have said all along. Very professional.

With only 16 m o/s here we have a real good one imo.

Sorry I have not had more time to follow up on this, today was
my first opportunity. Travel/caseload is wearing me down.
