NOK has the most to lose by having somebody else buy IDCC out. Let's just say for example, that a JV between IBM and CSCO came about and that JV decided to buy IDCC. Now then, when NOK decided to push its weight around, they wouldn't be batting at a flea, they's be in the cage with a lion. Stranger things have happened. I often think that the reason that a behemoth hasn't bought us is that they are waiting for the litigation to end.
