oye indeed .. btw .. amongst the 1000s of posts out there
i duly noted the *subset* that *discussed* the *conversion*
back from common to pref'd (again as of *today* there is
no sign of that happening like lots of other *aspects* that
were posted out in this venue) .. that said and as i've posted
previously ~ my caveats are basic ~ i've done my DD and i know
jd's *integrity* .. the unknown is what comes with the new ceo
and what his *intent* is ~ if he has the pubco experience
and understands the toxic cesspool known as the OTC and does
*full transparency* as the white KNIGHT ~ i fully expect to
continue being an EXPH SOR until this co. uplists (and i'm not
talking the OTC QB)

but first things first

so i'll patiently bide my time .. posting out the *FACTS* that
can be *verified* by checking with quote media .. the SEC .. finra
pinksheets .. fidelity and the TA as to the *content* of my posts :)

while i await the NEWS OF CONTENT .. that i'm expecting MGMT to PR

that would be my analysis of my expectations of what is en route
with the *embracing of full transparency*

i've said all along .. expo holdings is a legit co. .. i look forward
to where EXPH (the stock) *stands* post the co.s SM

i'll let folks make their own *determination* as to what is what
with the data contained in my EXPH TRADING STATS post
