i know of 2 who have already told me they'll buy every
share at of EXPH at .0001 so they *control* the company


obviously your DD also didn't tell you that JD can issue himself a handful of preferred (probably already has) which has many multiple voting rights of common.. he won't have to own ONE common and will always maintain control..

time to grease the ole' DD machine, no?
