Do Examiners have anyone checking what they do and see, checks and balances?
Is there a list of Examiners, a who's who?
Would it be a set of folks(supporting cast) that make up a Examiner?

I am asking very basic questions so forgive me if this has been asked or is common sense. I am concerned how they could get maybe, a tainted outlook(skewed view) or simple overlook a few things.
Has an Examinor ever gone to jail for lying or fraudulent behavior?
