It means that the completely inept FDIC (those trusted and empowered to provide you protection for your money) aren't even capable of listing the assets they seized from a privately owned bank, sold to another privately owned bank, then kept all the dough for themselves. It was something they simply overlooked. You can forgive them, right?

This world is going to hell in a handbasket. I hope Susman files a large complicated motion of Friday afternoon so Rosen is burried in work over the entire Holiday weekend. Picking FRUIT and MILKING cows would do him some good.
