This explains the dilution, and like i said all the worries were due to UNKNOWNS!!! Now its KNOWN so no need to panic.

Edit: Yes they are admitting to dilution, but giving a reason. Its a double edged sword.

Also this doesnt make it 100% A-OK to dilute, we should keep a CLOSE eye on this to make sure it doesnt get out of hand.
