once again, the company put out 7PR's (posted to IHub) in 7 calendar days... you think if it were positive dilution (like a GaGa signing bonus et. al.) they wouldn't have announced that in some form or fashion?

The RED FLAG is a HUGE BANNER, because they release PR's to seem communicative, but not in the regard that is most dire to shareholders; peep the pps & price action... D-O-W-N!!!

But more importantly, why the need for ANY financing when you CLAIM 11MILLION$'s is SALES coming and 10MILLION$'s in financing is available???

There is NOT one shareholder here, in my humble opinion, that would have argued or sold into the news that they needed MORE money more quickly because of x, y, z POSITIVE DEVELOPMENTS.

Now they look more & more like a SCAM. Missed dates, communication about what they want to sell you, an under-delivered product, company spokesperson & DELAYS, DELAYS, DELAYS ...you make excuses for the fact that AT WORST this is poor management on MULTIPLE FRONTS (assessing costs, timelines, organization, etc.) and seem to think that there is GOOD reason behind the DILUTION they just haven't gotten around to telling you about yet (cuz it is a SURPRISE!!!!). Naaaah, that is just the kind of cool-aid I REFUSE to DRINK!! Sorry!
