Fair points and I agree with most of your argument. I also feel its human nature to be cautious and find any small issue there might be in any given situation. It has to do with self preservation.

I agreed with your post earlier and responded to it, so clearly I share your same concerns. I won't argue that there isn't plenty to worry about, but a lot of these worries stems from UNKNOWNS. Nothing awful has been realized yet. The 100m in dilution could have be done for a number of reasons. Personally I never wanted to see it and that was a huge red flag for me, but we still dont know what that is all about and its 100m even share dilution. Seems like a fairly round number, no? A bit intriguing.

We are dealing with a company releasing a brand new product, its a freaking gamble no matter what.
