Hi Keith,
I would say that now is a pretty good time to buy. AIM says so too.
It's paying $1.50 as a dividend and it closed today at 15.70. That's a little more than 9.5% which is pretty darn good in today's market. The dividend checks are nice to see coming in every three months.
Of the five REITs that I own this is the only one that AIM is giving me a buy signal on. All the others have been doing too well and aren't close to the buy price. I will be buying shares in two different accounts tomorrow.
As you can see in the spreadsheet I sent you, it hasn't provided a whole lot of AIM action, but AIM has made it a profitable stock to own over the last 2 1/2 years.
