ARSC - there are not many good plays right now....my advice is keep the powder on the sidelines....

ARSC looks like a pretty decent play to me....

AGEL looks alright but just too many shares out for me...but who knows

The sad part is that small investments on these lottos might be the way to go until the dilution monsters start trading a little nicer
