If its all cash....IDCN shareholders will be paid cash and end of story. IDCN no longer exists as it is now GIMU.
It could be an equity deal where IDCN sharholders get a certain amount of GIMU shares for every IDCN share they own.
It could be a combination of cash and shares.
It could be a true merger where we now have GIMUIDCN company and we are all issued NEW shares in an IPO of the new company
