GIMU will eventually initiate a buyout/reverse merger with IDCN with their newly found cash reserves for what looks to be about .01 to .02 per share. All this finalized in the next couple of weeks, and IDCN will become an OTCBB reporting company at the same time.


So does IDCN keep it's stock ticker symbol in this case? Does GIMU become IDCN?
