Well we know Nevada is aggressively promoting bringing good jobs to the State and heavily recruited CBAI. It also showcased them at a recent meeting. So look for Nevada to be the first Public Bank for CBAI. I've always said it makes more sense to consolidate public banks so perhaps the State of Nevada is going to help make that happen with a grant or something.

Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
