Why the spread is like this

Buy some 50K shares at $0.07 then try to sell when PPS hits $0.09!
You see bid sharply goes down to $0.04. Why? Any idea? Why MM swings the spread so low on little 50K volume? Very difficult to make money in this stock even one holds for a year. I lost some money in this during mid 2009. If you buy and can't sell for a profit don't you call a stock a p-o-s?
