exactly. I think this is a warning to JPM, etc. more than anything to set the stage for future shenanigans. It's too bad noone seems to have the balls to make it hurt JPM and pay true value for what they'd should pay FOR WHAT THEY COVETED!!!!!

As the realists say $8-15 is probably par for our judicial system even though its worth double to triple if you had to buy/build it without the economy being under duress.
