Yup, I am beginning to lean towards the deflation argument too.
Demand is and will continue to diminish for all goods and services. People simply won't have the money. Does this scenario lead to a crash or does it act as a bullish consolidation?
If this was all happening in a vacuum I would say bullish consolidation. The problem is the other factors.. We are watching as whole countries go tits up.. not just companies or corporations, but whole nations.

The good thing about a fiat monetary system is it provides for rapid and reliable growth during it's infancy and adolescence. The bad thing about a fiat monetary system is it is and has been engineered to crash. We are watching just the very beginning of that now.
"They" are going to try every distraction "They" can create to get us to forget about it.. War with Iran... False Flag nuke attack in the US... Shit I wouldn't be surprised if they try to tell us we are being invaded by extra-terrestrials.
Anything to get us to stop worrying about the money we don't have... The very same money they've taken.

Very interesting times we live in.
