I agree with this Uzual.. If the debtors/JPM/FDIC are not engaging in "good faith negotations" anymore, look for somewhere near the middle of the week for the Motions to come forward. Susman will not stand for bullying or delay tactics, he will just go to the Judge and ask her, because once she approves his Motions, he has much more bargaining power. He currently has them in a "head lock" and will make them succumb and "tap out" if they do not comply.

If they do not want to play nice, I am sure Susman et al, will fry them in "open court!" he knows how to put a "full court" press on these guys and is most likely applying pressure, without upsetting the balance.. He has left a couple of starters on the bench, to give them a chance, but once they break the "rules of engagement" he is going to put in the "big boys" and the game will change.. You screwed up and panicked, now you have to pay up to get out or the public will be finidng out about the "shaky hand you have on the tiller of the banking economy."
