Maybe the bill isnt so ominous to WAMU as it is to SEIZE JPM? wouldnt that be a hoot?

By the time JPM pay true value to WAMU, Lehman,other shenanigans,etc.this year, their liquidity/solvency might be in question.

Maybe the bill is more about solving the source of the problem. Wind down JPM and unwind WAMu? It's nice to dream LOL, the govt makes me nervous, but glass-half-full, maybe this is the cleanest way to kill off this parasite.
