West's "update" gives at least tacit approval to Crazy Al's lawsuit and is, at best misguided. Furthermore, this "update" offers yet more proof that the boys in Tyler do not have what it takes to run a public company.

There can be only three possible reasons for this, none of which bode well for the "new" CMKX.

1) West (and by extension Frizzy) actually agrees with Crazy Al's suit to some degree.

2) West (and by extension Frizzy) is actually afraid of Crazy Al and his equally demented followers.

3) West (and by extension Frizzy) is so clueless that he does not get the ramifications of his actions.

I do not buy that Frizzy did not, at the very least, read this "update" before West put it out, so he either is unable to control West or agrees with him. Any way you cut it, this so-called "update" gives further evidence (as if it was really needed) that the Tyler boys are not that bright.
