I think the company retired 100 million shares earlier .Then in the news release they said there were no shares left to issue that is why there was a reverse .They has a 100 million shares to issue .This is why a partnership was important they need the revenue and leadership. Any company can do a reverse split to increase the companies asset wealth .It s the shareholders money that went away 650 million shares reduced to 25 million. 625 million shares gone. Some investors probably lost alot so dont be rude to people who are not positive.
